On January 28, 2018, at around 15:20, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with Cpp-car without obtaining a driver's license from around 100 meters from the Incheon Teaching Complex from the Nam-gu Incheon Teaching Complex to the axis of 212, Nam-gu, Incheon.
