1. The Plaintiff, the Defendant A, and the Defendant B, are the buildings listed in the attached Table No. 1, and the buildings listed in the attached Table No. 3, respectively.
Reasons
1. Claim against the defendant A, B, and D
(a) Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the claims;
(b) Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
2. Claim against Defendant C
A. Basic facts 1) Defendant C is a real estate listed in No. 4 of the [Attachment List 4] on December 17, 2008 (hereinafter “instant building”).
(2) According to the above lease contract with the Plaintiff, the lessor may cancel or terminate the lease contract, or refuse to renew the lease contract where the lessee has leased the rental house by fraudulent or other unlawful means, or the lessee has owned another house during the lease period.
3) In the rules on housing supply applicable to the above lease agreement, the term "non-family housing owner" can enter into a rental agreement for public rental housing means a household member (including the spouse of the head of a household who is not registered on the resident registration card of the same household as the head of a household and a household member who forms the same household
(4) The Defendant C’s spouse E purchases a building of 14.85 square meters underground, 82.4 square meters of a house, and 1.62 square meters of a historic tank in the male-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, from November 17, 2007, and owns it up to the present day after completing the registration of ownership transfer on December 18, 2007.

B. According to the facts of the above recognition, Defendant C, his spouse, owned another house, and concluded the above lease contract with the Plaintiff by hiding it, despite the fact that it is not subject to the conclusion of the public rental housing lease contract with the Plaintiff.
Therefore, the plaintiff can refuse or terminate the renewal of the above lease contract with the defendant C, and the plaintiff's above lease contract.
