Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving of C Poter Cargo Vehicles without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 3 km from the Do near the wing-dong at Jeju to the road in front of the shooting distance from the Do near the wing-dong at Jeju.

2. No owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which has not been covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant operated C Poter Cargo Vehicles owned by the Defendant, which did not purchase mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the Provisional Payment Order is several times the number of times the defendant has been punished for traffic-related crimes, and in particular, even after 200, the number of offenses including the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) or the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) has been punished eight times.

The defendant's crime was carried out together with the crime such as not only driving without a license but also driving without a license, the illegal use of an automobile number plate which is air, or the failure to take necessary measures to cause a traffic accident.

The defendant has been punished twice as a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act.

On July 25, 2014, the defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at Jeju District Court on July 25, 2014.
