A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:20 on June 8, 2020, the Defendant visited the victim as a customer on the nearby packaging Ba-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (a) sent drinking on the next table to the Defendant’s arms; and (b) the victim C (Nam, 57 years of age) who was drinking on the next table, sent the door to the Defendant’s arms, and (c) sent the Defendant “whether the Defendant she was unsatisfing or female sating,” and (d) sent the victim’s head head one time by gathering the disease, which is an object dangerous to the victim’s table, and caused the victim’s injury, such as “du open wound,” which requires a medical treatment for about 21 days.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
