A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant living together with the victim for about 16 years of age while living together with the victim for about 8 years of d'(n', 16 years of age) and the victim's money was determined by the end of 2013.
Around 2014, the Defendant had a friendly contact with the victim, and continued to meet the victim, and the victim was found in the residence of the defendant.
1.
