Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 28, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a short term of one year and six months and one year and ten months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On August 17, 2007, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On May 7, 2009, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 29, 2012.

1.
