3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 7. 3. 18:32경 같은 장소에서 위와 같이 다툼이 있다는 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천남부경찰서 E파출소 소속 경사 F, 순경 G이 사건경위를 청취하려고하자 갑자기 밖으로 도주하였고, 이에 위 G이 뒤쫓자 “야, 이 씹새끼들아, 남편 불러, 짭새 새끼야, 이 좆같은 새끼야”라고 욕설을 하며 손톱으로 위 G의 팔을 꼬집고 긁었으며, 계속하여 뒤쫓아 온 위 F로부터 제지당하자 손으로 위 F의 오른쪽 팔 부분을 꼬집고, 발로 F의 코와 입 부분을 차는 등 폭행하였다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the above G and F's 112 reporting duties as police officials.
