Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2012, the Defendant was on the street in front of the National Police Agency located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Central Police Agency 209, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and the Defendant did not pay KRW 7,680,00 after having arrived at the said National Police Agency when he/she was on a D taxi operated by the victim C from his/her private taxi without intent or ability to pay the taxi fee.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the above money by deceiving the victim and not paying the taxi fee equivalent to KRW 7,680.

2. On April 17, 2012, around 01:20 on April 17, 2012, the Defendant expressed a great desire to “In the street of the National Police Agency located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, 209, where the Defendant did not pay the taxi fare like the preceding paragraph, the Defendant reported 112 to the victim F of the E District called E District sent to the site by the said C, who was sent to the site by C, police officers G, etc., while she observed “I am the front police, whether I am the fright of a bitch bitch, whether I am the fright of a bitch bitch, and whether I am the result.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.

3. Around 21:45 on November 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the Victim J (Nam, 20 years old); (b) on the ground that the Victim J (Nam, 20 years old) who fested to sit and drinked, the Defendant fluored an empty fluor who was on his table of his table to the Victim J and fluoron his left shoulder.

At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant continued to assault the chest part of the Victim K (AW) who was born at the front line of the said “I week” for the said reasons and resisted the said reasons, in hand, at the same time.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted victims.
