A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim E (V, 48 years old) who operated D main points in Daegu-gu C and the ear.

1. On February 2016, 2016, the Defendant, at the above D’s main point on February 2016, 2016, ruled that the victim was present with another customer, and the Defendant, at the same time, has no means to carry out funeral services for three customers in the name and influence in that place.

On March 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at night, which had not been corrected due to a business that did not engage in contact with the victim; and (b) intruded into the said door; and (c) cut off 10,000 clocks owned by the victim and kept in the cooling house adjacent to the toilet; and (d) cut off 10 clocks in excess of the market price of the victim’s ownership owned by the toilet.

4. A special intimidation: (a) on April 3, 2016, the Defendant was dissatisfied with the victim’s alcohol at the above heading house around 04:00; (b) on the ground that the victim’s death on the old day was winded to report text messages sent and received by the victim; (c) on the ground that the Defendant had a kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the heading house, and “Island, Isle, Isle, Isle.”
