Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2018, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to six months of imprisonment for violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on August 27, 2018.

1. On April 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor bicycle driver’s license on the section 2 km from the front day of the Seo-gu Daejeon Metropolitan Government, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the Han field of the Han field located in the same Gu, Seogi-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the Han field of the Han field of the same Gu, without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license; (b) on April 16, 2019.

2. No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated an error in the entry of Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.
