The defendant shall pay 70,377,747 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 15, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence and all pleadings, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant company from July 29, 2015 to December 31, 2019. The plaintiff may recognize the fact that the non-paid wage was KRW 48,708,600 from February 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and KRW 4 million from April 1, 2019 to April 50, 2019 to May 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019 to May 31, 2019, KRW 400,000 from October 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019 to KRW 50,000 from October 31, 2019 to KRW 500,000 from October 1 to 31, 2019 to KRW 16,501 to 19.100.19

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 70,377,747 (=48,708,600 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from January 15, 2020 to the date of full payment from the date of retirement of the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable and accepted.
