Reasons
1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the land listed in paragraph 1 of the attached Table, and the network K is the owner of the building listed in paragraph 2 of the attached Table on the land.
Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks removal of the above building and delivery of the land against the defendants, who are the inheritor of K on the basis of ownership.
