Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From April 6, 1982, the Defendant, as the head of the administrative office of FF High Schools affiliated with the educational foundation EA of the educational foundation EA in Nam-si, Namyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, was in charge of the accounting and administrative affairs of the said educational foundation.
