A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2012, at around 02:56, the Defendant: (a) at the E drinking house operated by the victim D (Inn, 39 years of age); (b) at D and its employees before the victim F (Inn, 31 years of age) demanded that the Defendant change the credit rating; (c) thereby shouldering the glass left left part of F, one time with the shoulder glass, which is a dangerous object, and flicked the face.
