The defendant is a person who drives a B-line truck under the name of the client.

On March 12, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.178% on blood on March 12, 2013, and was driving the said truck from the front side of the new-dong-gu Seoul Jungdong-gu to approximately 100 meters in front of the new-dong-dong 780-2, Jungdong-gu, Seoul.
