1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on June 24, 2016, as foreigners of the nationality of the Russian Feder (hereinafter “Russian”) of the Russian Federation (hereinafter “Russian”), with the status of stay B-1 (Visa exemption).

B. On August 22, 2016, the Plaintiff filed an application for recognition of refugee status with the Defendant, but on January 9, 2018, the Defendant rendered a disposition for recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a risk of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).

C. On February 7, 2018, the Plaintiff appealed to the instant disposition and filed an objection with the Minister of Justice, but the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on September 14, 2018.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was born in the Republic of Tajiistan (hereinafter “the Republic of Germany”), and moved to Russia in around 2002, and acquired Russia’s nationality around 2013.

On March 2016, the Plaintiff appears to refer to “here person” in the refugee interview investigation. At the date of pleading of this court, the Plaintiff appears to refer to “here person” as a whole, and as a whole, “slin person who is a citizen in a short period of head.”
