A and B, who are legally married in a marital relationship, had a "F required point" in Sinnam-gun E from March 2, 2005.

Defendant

D Agricultural Partnership is an agricultural partnership established for the purpose of growing and selling G, and the defendant C is the representative director of the above legal entity.

No credit card merchant shall conduct a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant or lend the name of another credit card merchant to another person.

1. Defendant A and the Defendants conspired from July 1, 2010 to June 11, 2015, in collusion with each other, engaged in a transaction by credit cards using the name of the incorporated farming association, which is another credit card merchant, by building up a credit card device under the name of the said incorporated farming association, from Category C, the representative director of the said incorporated farming association, and allowing customers to pay a sum of KRW 607,90,100,00 in total over 1,530 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.

The Defendant: (a) between July 1, 2010 and June 11, 2015, the Defendant: (b) allowed A and B, the business owner of “F summary Points”; (c) to use the credit card terminal in the name of D agricultural partnership; and (d) lent the name of D agricultural partnership, a credit card merchant, to another person.

3. The Defendant D’s representative of the agricultural partnership C lent the name of the Defendant, a credit card merchant, to another person as stated in paragraph (2).
