1. On November 4, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract with C Co., Ltd. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant made an agreement on and settlement of accounts for construction works and building infrastructure construction works with C, and the settlement details are as listed below.

On February 10, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the reduction of the construction cost of KRW 9,790,00,000,02,000,000 infrastructure construction work of KRW 1,833,557,792,670,000,887,000 for construction work of KRW 1,833,557,57,000 for KRW 1,792,670,000 for 40,887,000 for the construction work of KRW 294,80,000 for the construction work of KRW 9,00 for the construction work of KRW 9,79,00,00 for the construction work of KRW 30,00 for the total construction cost of KRW 50,00 for the construction work of KRW 30,00 for the construction work of this case, and received the total amount of KRW 108,000 for the construction work of this case 20.
