Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than eight months at the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 8, 2015.

1. Fraud: (a) the Defendant introduced his/her name to the women known through Internet-type display events such as “E”, “F”, etc.; (b) sent his/her photograph to the other men’s pictures observed by the appearance of his/her photograph as if they were his/her photograph; (c) sent cash and fry photographs, high-class external pictures, and smart banking screen pictures with a deposit of KRW 1.7 billion to the Internet without any particular revenue and property; and (d) displayed his/her re- history to the said women, and then, he/she was operating life relief shops and rental car companies in Gangnam-gu in Seoul. The Defendant borrowed money to the said women with the name of “E”, “The father and the punishment are examined, and the mother are attorneys-at-law.”
Around August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that “In Korea, the Defendant would make an investment in Jeju-do at present; (b) there is no risk to make an investment; and (c) stable and profitability is high; (d) the Defendant would return a large amount of profit by making an investment to the victim who became aware of through the instant “D” case.
However, the Defendant did not have invested sources in Jeju-do, and there was no business run, so even if the Defendant received money from the victim, there was no intention or ability to return the money.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 4,700,000 from the victim’s bank account in the name of Alley-gu Co., Ltd. from the victim, and received KRW 71,645,00 in total over 16 times from around that time to September 7, 2015, such as the list of crimes (1).
