A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the C&D located in Ansan-si; (b) around June 16, 201, around 100 million won; (c) around the lease deposit to lessee D; (d) around July 15, 201, the apartment lease contract for the apartment complex E-7 apartment complex No. 702, 1205, owned by the Defendant for two years from July 15, 201, was concluded on a monthly rent contract for the apartment complex No. 1,00,000 won for the purpose of exercising the loan of the above apartment as security; and (d) at the same time, the Defendant deleted the wording of the monthly rent contract entered into with F, the lessee before entering into the lease contract; and (d) removed the wording of the said agreement with D’s “10,000,000,000 won by means of copying the phrases written on D’s pre-sale contract; and (d) 21363,2,03,00,00,0.”

2. On October 9, 2012, the events of the above investigation document and the Defendant committed fraud to the K Office operated by the J in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and to the victim L who became aware of through the above J, a credit service provider, the Defendant presented a false statement to the effect that “The victims of the above apartment complex 702, Dong 1205, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, about 160,000,000 and KRW 170,000,0000,0000,000 won are around 8,000,000,000 won as security, and the priority security is about 8,00,000 won as security, and there is a difference between the above apartment complex and the loan of money sufficiently secured as security,” and thereafter, the above monthly apartment complex contract was presented to the victim through the J.

However, in fact, the above apartment house is subject to the obligation of KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 from the tenant D.
