Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with low motor vehicle driving at the section of about 15 km away from the 17:17 Goyang-dong, Samyang-si, Seoul, to the front road in the vicinity of Sungsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a motor vehicle driver's license.
