The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the head of the branch of the Korean Metal Trade Union D branch of the Seoul Southern District Association under the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation, and is the employee of the F corporation operated by the victim E.
