A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was living together with the victim E (ma, 22 years of age) who is a great grandchild due to his spouse and separate occupation, and the victim F (n, 18 years of age) who is a small father.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to victims by carrying a deadly weapon.
