A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for the crime of injury at the Daejeon High Court, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of injury at the Changwon District Court on July 10, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan District Court on April 23, 2015.
