Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2013, at around 22:57, the Defendant driven a car with a volume of 500 meters from the breabbbb in the mutual influence located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the front day of Pungdong Home Pung-dong at the same time, while the Defendant was drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.190 percent.
