A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at Seoul High Court for a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 29th of the same month.

From around 2009, the Defendant had the name of the secretary of a certified judicial scrivener office and an attorney-at-law office, and is a “legal hub” called the case acceptance mediation and legal advice, etc.

When the Defendant, who was unable to obtain his name, attempted to make a registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage equivalent to 4.3 billion won on the ground that he forged the I’s resident registration certificate with respect to 22210 square meters of miscellaneous land located in the Sinsan-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-si, and intended to make a registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage equivalent to 4.3 billion won, he did so in the name of the K

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On November 1, 201, the Defendant, at the “M judicial scrivener’s office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L, made the French-si J enter the name “I” in the column of the person liable for registration, and marked the name “I” on the paper of “written confirmation” with the content that he/she is the person liable for registration of the miscellaneous land of 2210 square meters and is the person liable for registration of the miscellaneous land located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-si, and marked the name of K judicial scrivener by means of affixing the name “I” in the column of the special engineer, and written this document in accordance with the provisions of Article 51 of the Registration of Real Estate Act after confirming that he/she is the person liable for registration based on the original copy of the above attached document,” and written “I” on November 1, 2012, and forged one document in the name of K judicial scrivener by means of signing “K” and affixing his/her official seal on the end of the document.

B. On November 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for the establishment of a mortgage with respect to the establishment of a miscellaneous land of 22210 square meters in the above office, which is 222,210 square meters in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) in the name of the applicant K for a certified judicial scrivener; and (c) filed an application under the name of the applicant K for the establishment of a mortgage with respect to the said miscellaneous land, which is 4.3 billion won in the maximum debt amount; and (d) signed the document at the end
