Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 201, the Defendant infringed on the copyright holder’s copyright in a total of 60 times from June 12, 2011 to early August 2013, 201, as shown in the list of crimes (excluding No. 18) in attached Form No. 18) by using a computer in the Defendant’s residence, which is an Internet file sharing site (www. D.C.) and accessing D’s novel “E” in the form of a compressing file (zpe) with D’s copyright, and thereby infringing on the copyright holder’s copyright over a total of 60 times.
