A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Jeju District Court to 10 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 9, 201.

On April 22, 2013, at around 01:49, the Defendant: (a) destroyed by cutting the glass of the said warehouse in drinking in a store for a permanent store in the Gumi-si; (b) then, (c) was stolen with 450,000 won worth a total of 100,000 won of the market price of the victim D, who was located outside the display stand, by shooting the body into the window of a shoulder glass, and exposing the body into it; and (d) exposing the body into it; and (e) printing the body into the display stand, the Defendant stolen with 5,000,000 won of the market price of the victim D, who was located outside the shop, and 3.50,000 won of the market price.
