A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to a stimulative disorder due to a lack of detailed uncertainty.

1. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant, around February 25, 2016, destroyed 11 banners equivalent to KRW 432,00 by the victim E on the front street located in the window C of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, at around 25:10, a total of the market prices managed by the victim E on the street.

2. On February 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around February 28, 2016, at the places indicated in the above paragraph (1) around February 21, 2016, destroyed 6 banners equivalent to KRW 252,00,00, total market price managed by the said victim E, by the Defendant.

3. On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around March 16, 2016, at the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 21:15, up to 282, the Defendant: (b) damaged the Defendant, for the first time, a large-scale stimulated signboard, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 242,00,000, which is owned by the window of the 3-18-way Do square, a building for public property.

4. On March 17, 2016, around 01:30 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant destroyed 9 banners equivalent to KRW 225,00 in total of the market prices managed by the said victim E at the places described in the above paragraph 1, around March 17, 2016.

5. On March 17, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around 19:08, around March 17, 2016, at around 19:08, up to 54, as the window of Changwon-si around 19:08, up to 54, the Defendant damaged one signboard for public advertisement, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,232,00,000, at the one-way square for public use.
