1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 32,514,984 as well as 5% per annum from July 7, 2015 to September 6, 2015.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is reduced to 15% per annum, and the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended, and part of the claim for delay damages is dismissed as it enters into force from October 1, 2015.
