Punishment of the crime

Some of the facts charged were revised to the extent that it does not undermine the defendant's right of defense.

On March 20, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant cut off by inserting two copies of 107,80 won, which are managed by the injured person by using the gaps of surveillance of the injured person B at the first floor underground store located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Corstrosta, and then passing through the calculation unit without calculating the amount of 107,80 won.
