Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to three years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Fraud) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 27, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2014. On November 30, 2015, the Jeonju District Court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in military acid support and became final and conclusive on December 8, 2015.

1. The Defendant and the victim C, who committed the crime against the victim C and D, have developed from December 30, 2009 to make an agreement to marry. The victim D is the mother of the victim C.

However, the Defendant did not own real estate equivalent to KRW KRW 100 million in Gangwon-gu, and even if he borrowed money from the victim because he did not have certain income or specific property at the time, he did not have any intent or ability to pay the money.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 90 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (G) account in the name of F designated by the Defendant on the same day, and acquired KRW 1 million in cash from the victim, and acquired the real estate equivalent to KRW 221,00,000 in total and the market value of KRW 403,909,000 in total nine times from June 11, 2012, as shown in attached Table 1.
