1. As to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall be Gwangju District Court.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 20, 2007, the Plaintiff and Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) concluded a sales contract with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “each of the instant land”) at KRW 530,650,00 (hereinafter “instant sales contract”).

The Defendant Company paid all the above purchase price to the Plaintiff by September 21, 2007, but at the time, each of the instant land was located in the land transaction permission zone and was difficult to file for ownership transfer registration. As such, the Defendant Company completed the registration of the establishment of a mortgage on October 4, 2007, setting the maximum debt amount of each of the instant land as KRW 700,000,000 with respect to each of the instant land as KRW 58968.

(hereinafter the above right to collateral security (hereinafter “instant right to collateral security”) B.

After that, the designation of the land transaction permission zone for the area where each land of this case is located was cancelled on March 1, 2009.

C. On the other hand, each of the obligees listed below completed provisional attachment registration upon receipt of each provisional attachment decision as follows with respect to the claim against the plaintiff of the defendant company of this case against the plaintiff of the defendant company.

On August 29, 2011, the Gwangju District Court Decision 700,000,000,000 Gwangju District Court Decision 200,000,000,000 for the Provisional Seizure Support for Gwangju District Court (201Kadan 2209) on August 24, 2011, which was received on August 24, 201, as the grounds for the receipt of the registration of provisional seizure by creditors, (1) 30,000,00,000, Gwangju District Court Decision 200,000,00 for the Provisional Seizure Support for Gwangju District Court (201Kadan 3189), Gwangju District Court Decision 200,00,00 for the Provisional Seizure Support for Gwangju District Court (200,00 for the Gwangju District Court) on December 20, 201, Gwangju District Court Decision 200,00 for the Provisional Seizure Support for Gwangju District Court (201,201,37Kapo 2014,2081,2040

D. Each of the obligees thereafter is declared bankrupt.
