Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle BM5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On September 5, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.130% among the blood transfusions, proceeded at a speed of about 60 km from the side of the hospital in the 21st century to the north Limit Hospital at a speed of about 20 km in front of the children's hall, which is located in 258-19, the front direction of the Jeon-gu Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Gyeong-gu.

At the time, the vehicle was stopped at night and at the front, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive the steering employee by accurately manipulating the steering gear and the steering gear.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driven the said SM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.130% in the section of about 4km from the front of the children's hall located in the Sonsan Fire Station located in Samcheon-gu, Samcheon-gu, Jeoncheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front road of the children's hall located in approximately 258-19 in the previous city of the Jeoncheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
