Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2015, at around 09:06, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim’s bridge by using gallon S3 smartphones, where a gallon photographing function was removed, by approaching a female victim’s behind his/her name influence, who was on board the E Station in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

2. On June 11, 2015, at around 14:48, the Defendant: (a) accessed a female victim’s behind his/her name unexploited who was on board an insular raculation in Seoul below the Seoul, thereby photographing the victim’s gal lusium and the part of the gal lusium and bridge by using the victim’s lucular lusium with the inside of the gal lusium function.

3. On June 26, 2015, at around 15:48, the Defendant: (a) accessed a female victim’s side of a galthal galthal lusium on the direction of the exit No. 8 located in GF in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, using a galthal lusical lusical lusium on the part of the victim’s bridge by approaching the name-free female victim’s side who was on the top of the exit No.

Accordingly, the defendant taken three times against his will the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.
