A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 374] The Defendant, at around 03:00 on November 28, 2014, by deceiving the victim to pay the drinking value normally from E entertainment tavern operated by the victim D in Seosan-si, and by failing to pay KRW 100,000, the Defendant acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victims three times from that time until February 7, 2015, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 167,000 in total.

[2015 J. 413] On October 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as if he would normally pay the alcohol value from the H main point operated by the Victim G in Chungcheongnam-gun F, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) did not pay 620,000 won; and (c) did not pay 620,000 won; and (d) acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.

[2015 Godan451] Around 10:40 on May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went to a cafeteria operated by the Victim J in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, and was drunk while drinking alcohol; (b) around 11:55, the Defendant: (c) was aware of the fact first, and during the chilling snow, the female fright, which had been doing so, he first, was aware of the fact first, and then, during the chilling snow, the Defendant heard the victim’s phrase “I dice, I am, I am, I am.
