Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On November 7, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in driving service of a vehicle B Pote K3 K3.
On February 16, 2020, at around 17:40 on February 16, 2020, the defendant made D's front street in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon to turn to the left from the front side of the Gyeyang Police Station to the E elementary school.
On the opposite side of the room where the defendant was trying to stop, in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to prevent the accident with other vehicles which had been stopped by properly operating the steering system and the steering system.
