Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2014, at around 19:00, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by guiding a male police officer who pretended to be a customer to receive 70,000 won in return for sexual traffic, and by guiding a female employee D (28 years of age) and sexual organ to perform similar sexual intercourse in his/her hand.
