On November 11, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by the Incheon District Court.

Criminal facts

On November 1, 2020, around 01:40, the Defendant driven a e-learning car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.205% in the 4km section from the 01:0 parking lot in Incheon, Incheon, to the front road, “D”.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
