1. The Defendant’s KRW 43,00,000 as well as 6% per annum from July 13, 2018 to October 30, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a person engaged in the manufacturing business of industrial machinery, etc. under the trade name of “C,” and the Defendant is a corporation whose purpose is the manufacturing business, etc. of industrial machinery. 2) The Plaintiff supplied the Defendant a total of KRW 45,083,500 from May 28, 2018 to June 2015.

3) On March 6, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 2 million to the Plaintiff. [The fact that there is no dispute over the grounds for recognition, the entries in Gap 1 through 4, and the purport of the entire pleadings.]

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant claims only KRW 43 million in this lawsuit against the plaintiff, barring special circumstances.

In addition, as requested by the Plaintiff, 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from July 13, 2018 to October 30, 2019, which is the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of complete payment.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
