A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2011, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court on September 2, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Daegu Prison on April 7, 2012.

1. On July 1, 2012, at the Handong-gu Mandong-gu Mangdong-gu, Daegu, the Defendant stated to the effect that “I would have no money, and I would like to open a mobile phone in four names and make a living cost with subsidies from cell phone and sales money of the mobile phone and use it together. I would be fully responsible for the mobile phone opening and opening of the mobile phone.”

However, in fact, the defendant and AH thought that they want to prepare money once, and even if they open a cell phone in the name of the victim, they did not have any intent or ability to pay the above installment.

On July 2, 2012 and the following day, the Defendant conspired with AH to induce the victim to open two mobile phones in the “AK” mobile phone agency located in the Jung-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to open a total of four mobile phones, and received three mobile phones equivalent to the total market value of KRW 2,69,400 from the victim.

On July 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) instructed another AH to steals to steals a cresh that the victim’s AI was unlockedd in the front of the AMF parked on the AMF located in Yongcheon-si, Chungcheongnamcheon-si; (b) thereby, AH taken the cell phone amounting to KRW 89,800 in the victim’s market price owned by the victim and KRW 10,00 in cash and one credit card card in the victim’s name.

As a result, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim together with AH.
