A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2017, around 19:45, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim F (F, 20 years of age) on the street in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. The Defendant called “F, anywhere,” and tried to take one hand the victim’s right hand hand and the victim’s chest with another hand, but the Defendant forced the victim to take the chest on the wind to escape.
