B and C purchased dredging lines from Mara Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Maash Asset Management”) around July 2008, and proposed investment in the dredging vessel leasing business (hereinafter “instant Chinese business”) in the method of obtaining rents from JAD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Maash Asset Management”), which is to promote the I dredging Corporation, and then made an investment in the dredging vessel leasing business (hereinafter “instant Chinese business”). Mash Asset Management accepted this and decided to invest 6 billion won in the above leasing business.

Accordingly, on July 29, 2008, using the 6 billion won invested by K, an incorporated association (hereinafter “K”), the Korea Securities Finance Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Securities Finance Corporation”), the Etha Asset Management Company, and the L investment trust (hereinafter “L investment trust”) with the Korea Securities Finance Company as an asset management company, and the Korea Securities Finance Company as the Fund “the Fund” (hereinafter “K”). (hereinafter “Kthath”) as of the same day on G and “K principal amounting to 6 billion won, due date of payment, 36 months, interest rate of 14.1% per annum, and dredging ships.
