A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A set of 1 through 3, such as one cell phone, which has been seized, shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intimidation Defendant continued to request the victim to transmit dynamics of excessive creation, but the victim did not comply with the request, on March 19, 2016, at the tele publicly announced Kakao-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Kakao-si, the victim’s Kakao-si, “(E) start from E; and NAo-si; hereinafter referred to as “F Women’s Association; 41 years old; hereinafter referred to as all the following occupants; and hereinafter referred to as “NNA”); and hereinafter referred to as the four household shopping districts. It may be possible within the Republic of Korea.

By transmitting the word “the victim,” and by threatening the victim’s self-defense behavior and photograph as if he were to spread the victim’s video and photograph, if the victim did not comply with the Defendant’s request.

The Defendant, including the above crime, threatened 4 times from May 9, 2016, as indicated in the List of Offenses (1) of Attached Crimes, to the time of the above crime, to spread video images and photographs.

2. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent a cell phone Kakao Stockholm to which the husband of the victimized person was using the video from the victim’s act of self-defense, such as the preceding paragraph, at the contact with the aforementioned D Public Notice around March 23:00; and (b) sent the video to the victim’s husband.

Defendant sent up to May 10, 2016, 11 video images of the victim through the information and communications network from the time of the above crime to the time of the crime, as shown in the List of Crimes (2). The Defendant distributed obscene images via the information and communications network by sending and delivering 11 video images of the victim’s self-defenses over two occasions.
