When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2014, at around 07:15, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victims by stating that “The victims were paid a fine by taking the police officer before towing out ten persons, such as the victim E belonging to the military police station of the Korea Military Police Station D, where the Defendant was called out after receiving 112 reports in front of the C office located in the Masan City, Sinsan-si, and the victim E and the guard F of the Korea Military Police Station, who had found the said manpower office, and where there are ten persons, G, etc., who had taken the said personnel office,” and “I am sar fris, and I am fris, as bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
