1. Basic facts

A. On October 2015, the Plaintiff, a company running the insurance business, concluded a business liability insurance contract with the council of occupants’ representatives of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant council of occupants’ representatives”) with the following contents.

A building construction engineer C, upon request from the instant household owner, investigated the cause of the instant accident on December 2015, and drafted a technical check with the following contents.
