1.(a)

Defendant C and the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association shall jointly cooperate with Plaintiff A, which is KRW 21,00,000, and the same shall apply thereto on September 12, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Defendant C is a licensed real estate agent operating the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Mine name, and Defendant D is a licensed real estate agent operating the same regional F Licensed Real Estate Agent Office. 2) Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) concluded a mutual aid agreement with Defendant C to compensate the parties to a transaction for the damage of property by intention or negligence in performing real estate brokerage business. The period of the mutual aid agreement between Defendant C and Defendant C is from March 22, 2013 to March 21, 2014.

3) Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance”)

A) On June 4, 2013, the term of insurance from June 5, 2013 to June 4, 2014; the term of insurance from June 5, 2013 to June 4, 2014; and the amount of guarantee insurance to KRW 100,00,000. The details of guarantee are as follows: (a) the former Licensed Real Estate Agent Act (amended by the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act, No. 12374, Jan. 28, 2014; hereinafter “former Licensed Real Estate Agent Act”).

(B) As a guarantee for the business guarantee money of a real estate broker, when a broker intentionally or negligently causes property damage to a transaction party due to his/her intention or negligence in acting as a broker, the liability for damages was guaranteed. (B) The building site of reinforced concrete structure located G (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) consists of three floors underground and seven floors above ground, and the underground floor is used as a parking lot. On the other hand, the first and the fifth floors are divided into several units, while the second, third, and fourth floors are registered as one unit.

(i.e., Nos. 201, 301, 401) 22, 3, and 4 are classified into one room on the registry as above, and they are registered.
