A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 18) are the relationship between the two.

1. On November 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 19:00 to around 20:00 on November 26, 2017, the Defendant: (b) suspected of having the victim met another male on the way ahead of the DPC bank C between Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do; (c) followed by the victim; and (d) assaulted the victim one time at drinking.

2. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant assaulted on May 1, 2018, from around 19:00 to around 20:00, on the ground that the victim was playing with other males, the Defendant she taken the victim’s head collection by hand on the ground that the victim was playing with other males, leading the victim to the stairs outside the singinging room, leading the victim to the victim, and then brea the victim’s buck with his hand at the time of the victim’s hand.

3. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 21:00 to around 22:00 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (b) removed the screen of windows from around 22:0 to around 22:0 on the part of the victim’s residence in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, for the reason that the victim does not open the door; (c) removed the screen of windows from the residence of the victim; and (d) continuously damaged the victim so that the repair cost of the remains intact; and (d) the victim was able to collect the head of the victim’s knife with the victim’s hand; and (e) assaulted the victim at the I High School playground H in the Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu, Seoul-gu, with his hand

4. Around July 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on July 2018, on the ground that the victim did not answer his/her speech within the residence of the victim in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun G on the ground that the victim did not answer his/her speech; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant took a dangerous object in the kitchen, which is about 22cc of the entire length, and 11cc of the knive length, sent the knife to the victim and the knife with the victim, and acted as the victim with the above knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

5. On July 26, 2018, a property damage and assault Defendant does not open the doors at around July 26, 2018 at around 22:30 on July 26, 2018 at the victim’s residence located in the Gangwon Iron-gun G.
