1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff (appointed party) KRW 28,744,866 as well as the interest rate from April 11, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Indication of claim: The plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the selected party who are employed by the plaintiff as the defendant and the selected party who is employed by the plaintiff shall seek payment of wages and retirement allowances from September 9, 2009 to March 27, 2018; and the above selected party shall seek payment of wages and retirement allowances which were not received even if they worked from February 23, 2015 to April 20, 2018.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
