1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver each land listed in separate sheet 1 to 4;
(b) the annexed list;
Reasons
1. From among each land listed in attached list 1 to 4 of the basic facts (hereinafter “each of the lands of this case”), ① the Plaintiff, the Defendant, the non-party G (the Plaintiff’s wife), H (the legal name), and J acquired ownership of 1/5 shares in each of the lands on June 10, 1998 (the sale on April 22, 1998). Since then, the Plaintiff acquired the Defendant’s shares (the date of registration September 12, 2007) around October 5, 2007, H and J around June 20, 208, the Plaintiff held ownership of 4/5 shares and G1/5 shares as of June 10, 208 (the date of compulsory auction on September 12, 2007), and

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim
A. The Plaintiff, upon the instant claim, sought against the Defendant the order of surrender of each of the instant land and the removal of a part of the above-ground inspection (on the present L; hereinafter “instant inspection”) on each of the above-ground land, which is considered below, and thus, deemed as follows.
B. First, we examine the part of the instant inspection as to the claim for evacuation of some buildings (the “6m2” part on the ship, 59m2, the “7m2,” and the “7m2” part on the ship with the indication of drawings.
1) Of the instant inspection, the Plaintiff sought an order against the Defendant on the premise that it is the present building owned by the Plaintiff, i.e., the attached building of the instant inspection purchased from N, such as the Plaintiff’s non-party M, who is his spouse, on April 10, 1993. 2) Accordingly, as to whether the Plaintiff is the owner of the instant inspection, the Plaintiff is the owner of the instant inspection, and as to whether the Plaintiff is the owner of the instant inspection, the Plaintiff written evidence Nos. 5 through 7, and Nos. 1 through 4, and the witness.
